Manhood Journey (www.manhoodjourney.org<\/a>), for fathers discipling sons<\/p>\n A number of churches have produced discipleship and leadership development programs that fit their culture and mission. For example, Whitewater Crossing Christian Church in Cleves, Ohio (www.whitewatercrossing.org<\/a>), developed WLI (Whitewater Leadership Institute). The WLI program meets twice a month for a year to help develop key leadership skills and attitudes.
